Two guys from Gatineau, one less ladder
M&M Cleaning started in 2024. Matis and Matt are brothers-in-law and have known each other for more than ten years; they started the company for a simple reason: they had always wanted to work together.
We started small, with a simple goal: do the job the way we'd want it done at our own place. That means windows cleaned properly — screens, tracks and sills, not just the glass you can see. Gutters we check before we leave. And a price given up front that doesn't change along the way.
Today there are five of us, and we cover 39 municipalities on both sides of the river. But the principle hasn't changed: the two of us still answer the phone.

No transfers, no "let me check with the office." A question about price, a schedule change, a concern: you get the answer right away.
We do the follow-up ourselves
After the job, we check back — by phone or in person — to make sure it's right. It isn't a box to tick; it's our name on the truck.
Nobody cuts corners
We don't subcontract and we've got nobody to supervise. The job gets done the way we promised because we're the ones doing it.

We wash with pure water, from the ground
Outside, we don't use tap water. It's purified on site in three stages, then fed through a carbon-fibre pole that reaches up to 40 feet. No streaks, no mineral deposits, no detergent — and it all happens with both feet on the ground.
That means three things for you. A cleaner finish, because pure water dries without leaving residue. Nothing leaning against your siding and nobody walking through your flower beds. And high work done without a ladder, so without the risk that comes with one.
Inside, we go back to basics: squeegee, soap, and the time it takes to do the corners properly.

M&M Cleaning carries liability insurance, and our workers are covered by the CNESST. We provide proof on request, no fuss.

We go where the others don't
Most exterior cleaning companies around here stop at the Gatineau or Ottawa city limits. We understand why: staying in town is more profitable.
Except a house in Saint-André-Avellin has just as many windows as a house in Aylmer — often more. A cottage on Lac-Simon has gutters that clog like anywhere else. And when nobody makes the trip, those owners are left without an option.

Four things we don't negotiate on
We answer. Call, text or form: you hear back the same day, Monday through Saturday.
We do the whole job. Screens, tracks, sills, downspouts. The parts nobody sees from the street get done anyway.
We show the result. Photos of the finished job, even when you're away. You don't have to take our word for it.
The price we quote is the price you pay. We price it up front. If there's a surprise on site, we call you before continuing — never after.
