Your storefront speaks before your staff do
A customer walking up to glass covered in fingerprints, splashes and water runs forms an opinion of the business before opening the door. For an office or a clinic, it's the same. For an apartment building, it's the first thing a prospective tenant notices on a viewing.
The problem isn't finding someone once. It's having someone who comes back on the agreed date, who's insured, and who you don't have to chase three times.
What's included
Storefronts and glazed façades, inside and out.
Building windows up to about 40 feet, from the ground.
Frames, mullions and sills wiped down, not just the glass.
Glass doors and entry vestibules, including handles and push plates.
Work outside business hours — early morning, evening or weekend.
Photos of the completed work for your maintenance records.
Why working from the ground changes your exposure
Exterior washing is done with pure water and a carbon-fibre pole reaching about 40 feet. Nobody climbs a ladder on your property.
For you, that means three things: less accident risk on your property, no ladder against your cladding or mullions, and no blocked sidewalk or parking during the visit. Combined with our liability insurance and our workers' CNESST coverage, it reduces your exposure — not just ours.
Up to four storeys
The pole reaches about 40 feet, which is three to four storeys depending on the building. Above that, the job needs rope access or a lift — that isn't our trade and we won't pretend otherwise. If your building is taller, say so on the first call: we'll tell you straight rather than cost you a wasted visit.
Typical frequencies
These are guidelines, not rules. We set the frequency after seeing the site — street exposure, dust and foot traffic change everything.
High-traffic retail or restaurant
Monthly or biweekly for the storefront and doors.
Office, clinic, showroom
Quarterly, or spring and fall.
Apartment building or condo
Twice a year, exterior and common areas.
Institutional building or school
Twice a year, often outside the school calendar.

Frequently asked questions
Can you provide your insurance and CNESST attestations?
Yes, before the contract starts, without having to ask twice.
Do you work outside business hours?
Yes. Early morning before opening, evenings or weekends, depending on what least disrupts your customers and tenants.
How much does it cost?
Depends on the glass area, the height, the frequency and the number of sites, with a lower rate on a recurring agreement. We price it after the site assessment, free of charge.
Do you clean the inside of the glass too?
Yes, by squeegee, with floors and sills protected. For offices and clinics, we schedule it outside business hours.
Can you cover several sites at once?
Yes, including on both sides of the river. Your Gatineau and Ottawa buildings don't require two separate suppliers.
What happens if it rains on the scheduled day?
We move the visit and confirm the new date with you. Pure water dries streak-free, but washing in the rain does nothing for you.
