The change is gradual, which is why you stop seeing it
Siding doesn't get dirty all at once. Green climbs up from the bottom, mostly on the north side. Pollen yellows the surfaces in spring. Grey streaks run down below the gutters. And because it happens over years, you eventually assume it's just the colour of the house.
Then you wash one side, and the difference is startling. It's the service clients are most surprised by.

Top down, soft washed
Siding gets soft washed, never high pressure. The reason is simple: vinyl and aluminum are installed in overlapping courses, and a high-pressure wand forces water behind the panels. That moisture stays trapped in the wall, and the problem is far worse than the dirt you set out to remove.
We apply a cleaning solution at low pressure, let it work, then rinse top down — the order matters, otherwise residue runs back over the sections already cleaned. The plantings around the house are wetted first and rinsed after.

How much does it cost?
Depends on the wall area, the number of storeys and the material. Firm price from a photo, free.
Can high pressure damage my vinyl?
Yes, which is why we don't use it on siding. High pressure can crack vinyl, discolour aluminum and force water behind the panels. We soft wash instead.
Does the solution harm my plants?
We wet the plantings before and rinse after, which protects them. Point out any delicate plants, a vegetable garden or a pond, and we'll cover them.
How high can you wash?
About 40 feet from the ground, which covers virtually every house, including gables and three-storey sections.
How often should it be done?
Once a year or every other year for most homes. More often on shaded sides or under trees, where the green returns faster.
