You've spent an afternoon washing your windows before, and the next morning in the sunlight, the streaks were back. It isn't about effort: it's the lime in tap water, which dries and leaves a mineral deposit.
Then there's everything that gets skipped when you're in a hurry: screens grey with pollen, tracks full of sand, stained sills. That's where the difference shows.
What's included
The glass, both sides. Inside and out — several companies in the region only do the outside.
The screens. Removed, cleaned, put back.
Tracks and sills. Vacuumed and wiped, not just worked around.
The frames. Wiped down to remove runs and cobwebs.
High windows. Up to 40 feet outside, with poles and retractable ladders inside.
The cleanup. We leave with our gear, and the water stains nothing.

Outside
Tap water is purified on site in three stages, then fed through a carbon-fibre pole reaching up to 40 feet. Pure water has no minerals left in it: it dries on its own, streak-free and detergent-free. And it all happens with both feet on the ground — nothing leans on your siding, nobody walks through your flower beds.
Inside
The traditional, careful method: soap, squeegee, hand-finished corners. Poles and retractable ladders for stairwells and high windows. We protect floors and sills before we start.
The result
Streak-free, even in the sun. The real test of a window cleaning is the next morning.
More light. A house with clean windows is visibly brighter inside — it's the first thing clients notice.
Detergent-free. Nothing running into your flower beds or onto the lawn.

How much does window cleaning cost?
It depends on the number of windows and the number of floors. We look at those two things and give you a firm, free price, usually within 24 hours — often without even needing to come by.
How often should windows be cleaned?
Twice a year for most homes: in spring to clear salt, sand and pollen, and in fall before winter. If you only do it once, spring is the better time.
Do you clean the screens?
Yes, it's included. We remove them, clean them and put them back.
What if my windows are very high?
The pure-water pole reaches about 40 feet outside, which covers nearly every house, including cathedral windows and gables. Inside, we use poles and retractable ladders.
Do I need to be there?
Not for exterior work: we do the job and send you the photos. For interior work, we need access.
How long does it take?
Most homes take half a day. We give you the timing with the price.
