What you're really buying

Full coverage

Liability insurance and CNESST-covered workers. Proof provided before the contract starts, without having to ask three times.

No ladders on your building

Exterior washing happens from the ground, with pure water and a pole reaching up to 40 feet. Less accident risk on your property, less exposure for you.

One supplier, QC and ON

Your Gatineau sites and your Ottawa sites, handled by the same team, in the language your tenants speak.

An owner as your contact

No coordinator who changes every three months. Matis or Matt takes the call, schedules it and follows up.

Work that doesn't disrupt you

Early morning, evening or weekend — we work outside your busy hours if that's what you need.

How high can we go?

Our pure-water pole reaches about 40 feet — roughly three to four storeys. Above that, the job needs rope access or a lift, and that isn't what we do. If your building is taller, tell us: we'll say so straight, instead of costing you a wasted site visit.

The process

How a contract runs

  1. Site assessment

We come look at the site or sites, note the surfaces, access points and scheduling constraints. Free, no obligation.

  2. Written proposal

Scope, frequency, price per visit and annual price. Insurance and CNESST proof attached.

  3. Schedule locked in

Dates are set for the season or the year. You stop having to think about it or chase us.

  4. Execution and reporting

We show up on the agreed dates and provide photos of the completed work for your records.

  5. Invoicing

One invoice per site or a consolidated invoice, whichever suits your accounting.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you provide proof of insurance and CNESST coverage?

Yes, before the contract starts. Certificate of liability insurance and CNESST compliance attestation, on request.

How does invoicing work?

Per visit or as a fixed amount spread over the year, whichever you prefer. Payment terms to be agreed.

Do you work outside business hours?

Yes. Early morning, evening or weekend, for retail and buildings where a mid-day visit would disturb customers or tenants.

How much does a contract cost?

It depends on the number of sites, the surfaces and the frequency. We price it after the site assessment, free of charge.

Do you serve several sites at once?

Yes, including sites on both sides of the river. That's one advantage of our territory: your Gatineau and Ottawa buildings don't require two suppliers.

Are you comfortable with a tender process?

Yes. Tell us the format and the deadline and we'll provide the documents required.

It starts with a visit, not an invoice

Give us the address of your site or sites. Matis or Matt comes to assess, then sends you a written proposal with proof of coverage attached. Free, and no obligation.
