Spring and fall do 90% of the work
In spring
Winter's salt, calcium, sand and pollen build up on windows, siding and the driveway. One wash in May erases the whole season.
In fall
Leaves clog the gutters right before the rain and the freeze. That's when a blocked gutter costs the most — water freezing and backing up under the shingles.
Both at once
Many clients book both at once. It's simpler, and we hold the date.
Out in the country? We come.
A big façade, high windows, long runs of gutter, a deck that wraps around the house: that's the kind of property where doing it yourself stops being realistic. And it's often the one urban companies turn down, because it's too far.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
It depends on the service, the size of the house and access. A combined package costs less than the services booked separately. We look at those things and give you a firm, free price, usually within 24 hours.
Do I need to be there?
Not for exterior work. We do the job, photograph the result and send it to you. For interior windows, we obviously need access.
Will it damage anything?
That's exactly why we work from the ground with pure water: no ladder against the siding, nobody in your flower beds. For pressure washing, we match the pressure to the surface — wood and vinyl don't get the same treatment as concrete.
How long does it take?
Most homes are done in a single visit, often in half a day. We give you the timing along with the price.
Will you travel out to my cottage?
Yes, if you're in our 39 municipalities — including the Petite-Nation, the lakes and eastern Ontario. Travel is included in the price we quote.
